Where will my order ship from?
All orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Shipping timelines are dependent on your proximity to that location, as well as your selected shipping method.
Can you ship to my PO box?
As we are currently only set up to ship with UPS, we cannot deliver to a PO box. If you enter a PO box at checkout, you will be contacted by a representative for a physical street address prior to processing your order.
Can I pick up my order directly to save on shipping?
Sorry, but no! Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse, as it is closed to the public.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders shipped with UPS Ground take 1-5 business days in transit, depending on your location. Most orders shipped with UPS Express Saver are delivered the following business day (excluding remote locations – UPS Express can take up to 3 business days if you have a rural address).
If there is a stock issue with your order, you will be notified within 24 hours.
How much will the shipping cost?
You can estimate your shipping cost once you have all of your items in your shopping cart by entering your province, city and postal code. You do not need to enter any payment information to receive a quote. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order, so make sure you have everything added to receive an accurate quote!
Our minimum shipping cost is $12.95. Most orders with a subtotal of $200.00 are eligible for free* UPS Ground shipping.
*Some restrictions apply. Orders shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or any location deemed remote by UPS are not eligible for free shipping.
Can my order be shipped out today?
Yes! However, your order must be processed by 1pm EST in order to be picked up by UPS the same day – that means placed, paid for, and picked!
Will I get tracking information?
Yes again! You should receive tracking information via email once a waybill has been generated for the order (if you've created an account, you can also view your order history and tracking information online).
If you aren't able to see an estimated delivery date right away, don't panic - sometimes a tracking number won't have an update until it's been scanned by a driver, which can take a few hours after the shipping label is created.
