Returns:
Need to return all or part of your order? No problem! Just email
orders@BlankClothing.ca with a complete list of all of the items you
would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes and quantities.
Please include your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
The Fine Print:
Altered garments are not returnable – this includes washing!
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by BlankClothing.ca prior to sending them back.
Returns without a valid RA # will be refused.
Returns must be requested within 30 days from receipt. This is a policy firmly enforced by our warehouse, and includes any claims made for incorrectly shipped/damaged product.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid (you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs). Make sure you hang on to your tracking information until you’ve received your refund!
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed to original method of payment.
Cancellations:
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! To help make that happen, we’ve implemented a system that submits most orders to our warehouse automatically (if you don’t receive tracking within the day, please check your email – we’re probably waiting for you!). This helps ensure inventory availability, quick shipping, and allows our lovely service team the time to provide a top tier experience for our customers.
This means that order cancellation can only be made before the order is sent into picking - this typically happens within ten minutes of hitting 'Place Order', even outside of our operating hours. Please always thoroughly double check your order details before placing it, as our ability to make changes is extremely limited once the order is in progress.
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
