Oops! We do our best to keep orders 100% accurate, but human error does happen from time to time. But don’t panic, we can fix it for you! If we sent something incorrectly, or if we missed sending out one of your items, we'll send replacements to you ASAP.
Please call us at 604-424-9557, or email us at email@example.com letting us know what the issue was. If you received an incorrect item instead of what you ordered, please be specific about what you received in error. We may also require you to send a photo of your packing slip that comes with the package, so keep that on hand.
When you receive your order, please make sure that you check all inventory in as soon as possible! Our warehouse has a strictly enforced policy stating that any order issues must be reported within 30 days.
If you are shipping directly to a printer or decorator, make sure they have a copy of your order details so that they may check the items in on your behalf. Any decorated product is non-returnable, regardless if it was issued incorrectly.
We will send you a UPS waybill to cover the return freight of anything sent in error, so please keep any incorrect product to the side and wait for an email with further instructions.
